The blueprint for vendor success.
We equip your vendor's leadership with the tools, resources, and skill development they need to deliver the contract — and take the partnership into the blue.
Close the gap.
Equip the leader.
Take the partnership into the blue.
Bridge. Lead. Unite. Expand.
Four moves. One standard. Every Vendor Blue engagement performs all four — or it does not enter the Blueprint.
Translate contract terms into leadership-actionable practices the vendor's supervisors can use on Monday morning.
Equip supervisors with coaching frameworks, recognition systems, and operational tempo to drive their teams.
Shared cadence. Shared scorecards. Shared standards. One connected system instead of two competing org charts.
Compliance is the floor. The Blue is above the contract. We engineer partnerships that compound value over time.
Four ways to work with us.
Three project-based Blueprints. One ongoing partnership. Every engagement is built to The Blue Standard™ and performs all Four Moves.
Four ways to work with us.
Three project-based Blueprints. One ongoing partnership. Every engagement performs the Four Moves. Every Blueprint is built to The Blue Standard™.
Vendor Blueprint™
For clients with a vendor relationship that is not performing. Walk away with a diagnostic Blueprint — the clarity to know exactly what is broken and exactly what their vendor's leadership needs to start delivering.
- —Leadership Readiness Assessment™. Proprietary scoring across five dimensions of vendor leadership capacity.
- —Contract-to-Capability Gap Map. Visual diagnostic showing exactly where leadership is equipped versus where they need to be.

- —The Blue Standard™ Audit. Every recommendation scored against Bridge, Lead, Unite, Expand before delivery.
Vendor Foundation™
For clients launching a new vendor partnership or resetting one that has failed. Walk away with the complete leadership operating system the vendor needs to deliver on the contract from day one.

- —Leadership Cadence Plan™. The meeting rhythm, coaching cycle, and reporting structure that sets operating tempo.

Vendor Framework™
For clients executing a full turnaround. Walk away with the diagnostic, the leadership activation plan, and the live facilitation that puts the partnership back into the blue — without burning the relationship down to get there.
- —Full Vendor Blueprint™. The complete diagnostic, included as foundation of the engagement.
- —Leadership Activation Plan. 90-day playbook for equipping supervisors with coaching tools, daily routines, and team development practices.
- —Recovery Scorecard. Redesigned performance scorecard with leadership engagement metrics alongside output metrics.

- —90-Day Empowerment Roadmap. Week-by-week milestones with clear ownership, clear measurement, clear escalation.
- —Two Follow-Up Coaching Calls. Live support during the 28-day engagement window.
Vendor Continuum™
For clients who never stop building partnerships. Strategic leadership oversight on standing call — the outside expert who keeps the vendor's leadership equipped, engaged, and accountable to the contract every month, every quarter, every year.
- —Monthly Strategy Call. 60 minutes focused on leadership health and contract delivery — not just performance numbers.
- —Async Escalation Access. Email and Slack support for vendor escalations, capped at two hours per month.
- —Template Library Access. Every Foundation Kit asset, every Blueprint template, every Supervisor Playbook update.
- —Quarterly Leadership Pulse™. Proprietary check-in with the vendor's supervisor layer to catch capability drift early.
- —Pre-QBR Coaching Call. Prepare to lead a capability-building conversation, not a complaint session.
- —Annual Blueprint™ Refresh. Focused re-diagnostic to ensure the leadership operating system is still serving the contract.
Not sure which engagement is the right next move?
From diagnosis to compounding partnership.
A typical client progresses through Vendor Blue across multiple engagements. Click each stage to see the work.
Diagnose what's actually broken.
Most vendor problems get misdiagnosed as performance problems when they are actually leadership problems. We start with the Leadership Readiness Assessment™ to identify exactly where the vendor's supervisor layer is equipped to deliver — and where they are not.
What is vendor drift actually costing you?
Most clients underestimate the real annual cost of a vendor partnership that's quietly missing target. Run the numbers.
The Blue Standard.™
Every Blueprint we deliver is built on a single, defensible principle — grounded in operations research, organizational psychology, and over a decade of customer experience and Fortune 500 vendor partnership leadership.
Equip the leader.
Take the partnership into the blue.
If the leadership cannot deliver the contract, no one downstream can. If the leadership can deliver the contract, no one downstream needs to be policed. The Blue Standard™ is not a checklist. It is the operating principle that decides what enters the Blueprint.
A system built on three pillars.
Every Vendor Blue engagement delivers against three pillars. If a service does not deliver on all three, it does not belong in the Vendor Blue suite.
Tools
Frameworks, scorecards, playbooks, and assessments the vendor's leadership can use immediately. Configurable to a specific contract. Usable by a real supervisor without translation. Survives contact with reality on the floor.
Resources
Documents, templates, and reference materials that live with the client and the vendor long after the engagement ends. Owned by the client. Version-controlled. Remains valuable in year three.
Skill Development
Coaching, workshops, and structured practice that build vendor leadership's capacity to lead their teams. Happens with the vendor's leadership, not at them. Leaves them more capable than the day before.
Is your vendor's leadership ready to deliver?
Five questions. Five dimensions. One score on the readiness scale. This is the diagnostic that opens every Vendor Blueprint™ engagement.
Let's talk about your vendor partnership.
Tell us what's happening with your vendor. A Discovery Call is a 30-minute conversation — no slides, no pitch deck. Just clarity on whether a Vendor Blue engagement is the right next move.
How a Discovery Call works.
You bring the context: the vendor, the contract, the gap between what was promised and what's getting delivered. We bring The Blue Standard™ — and an honest read on whether your situation calls for a Blueprint, a Foundation, a Framework, or a referral elsewhere.
No call is a sales call. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you, and we will name the firms or frameworks that are.

1. Our Standards
This Site is designed to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We follow these guidelines because they offer the most widely adopted framework for inclusive digital experiences and because clarity is a core operating value of our firm.
2. What We've Implemented
- Semantic structure. All pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA labels where needed.
- Keyboard navigation. The entire Site is operable via keyboard alone. A skip link is provided at the top of every page.
- Color contrast. All text meets or exceeds WCAG AA contrast ratios. Color is never the sole means of conveying information.
- Focus indicators. Interactive elements display clear focus states for keyboard users.
- Scalable type. Text scales gracefully with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.
- Responsive layout. The Site adapts to screen sizes from 320px mobile to large desktop displays.
- Reduced motion. Animations and transitions respect user preferences for reduced motion when set at the system level.
3. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:
- Some downloadable PDF deliverables may not yet be fully tagged for screen reader navigation. We provide accessible HTML or Word alternatives on request.
- The ROI calculator and Leadership Readiness Assessment™ use slider and button interactions that may be more efficient with a mouse. Keyboard equivalents are available, and full results can also be discussed during a Discovery Call.
4. Compatibility
This Site is tested for compatibility with:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
- VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA, and JAWS screen readers
